60 business people attended an event organised by Leeds Ahead on 22^nd January 2008 to celebrate the success to date in regenerating the area. Businesses were able to look at the plans and talk to a number of organisations, including the Heritage Trust about impending improvements to the area.

The evening was a huge success and gave businesses the opportunity to talk to local council planning officers, the local chief inspector of police and the regeneration manager for the area about their plans and concerns.
