Ed Ryder from Biskit has been offering mentoring support to Nillu Chodha from Beachwood Solicitors since July last year. Ed has worked with Nillu to help build the business model, develop and implement a marketing strategy and work more efficiently.

Nillu feels that her business may not still be running if it were not for the support that she has received from Ed, and certainly that the business would not have developed so quickly without his strategic support. The mentoring has not only helped Nillu to stay focused, it has also significantly improved her confidence in making business decisions, such as negotiating the fees for her work.

As a result of working more efficiently she has been able to enhance the quality of her work. Nillu is excited about the future of her business and looks forward to developing Beachwood Solicitors further.
